I had a company put in a new patio for me. The day they were going to pour it started raining and they called the concrete company 1 hour before it was suppose to be delivered and cancelled the order. An hour later the concrete truck showed up and was told that the concrete was not needed because it was cancelled. A week later the concrete company sent me a ""notice of intent to lien property". I want to make sure they cant file the actual lien because the truck was never on the property, I never ordered the concrete and their concrete was not even used on the project. Am I correct ?
