I bought a food product that turns out to be different than what they say it is. I filed a complaint with the company and put the complaint on my Facebook page so people could see whats going on with this food item and I filed a complaint with FDA. the company apologized for the item and sent me a coupon to buy another . when I told them I didn't want their coupon as I have no intentions of ever buying their product again and I requested a refund instead. they said ok, but I had to sign a release to get a refund. I am waiting to see what the release form has to say. but have no intentions of signing it if it restricts what I have to say about this item. the item was really really bad.
