I am having foundation/structural issues with a 3 yr old new construction home. The type of defects I am experiencing are doors misaligned & jamming, sheetrock cracks, cracked floor tiles, sloping floors, lifting baseboards, heaving tiles, granite pulling apart, etc. I don't know who to contact or what to do. All my main doors (5 so far) are misaligned and do not close or latch. Even my security door is sagging. They are problems I cannot ignore but don't know what to do about them. Today I discovered two more problems. Your advice would be appreciated.
