Does the bond claim litigation deadline get extended if you have a dispute for a submitted change order? We are the subcontractor and we are getting dispute after completion of project and payments grossly overdue

More information is needed. How much is owed? Is your contract with the party providing the bond? If not, where are you in the chain of subcontracts? Was this a public works project?

No, the deadlines do not get changed. You still need to file suit within a year
