Are you have something under my company name? That’s why you sending me this email that I should know?

Washington

You send this email to me and I like to know why or if I have some legal issues that I should know?

Without more information it's very difficult to provide any specific information that may be helpful. However, if you received an emailed document of some sort with the name zlien on it somewhere, that document came from some party using zlien's software to send you something. There are many documents that people can choose to create and send through the software, so it's unclear from this question to what extent the person sending you this document believes that there is a problem on the associated project.

Generally, documents that people send through the zlien software are documents related to construction projects - these could be pay applications, lien waivers, notice documents, mechanics lien documents, or more.

The best practice when receiving something that you don't understand is to reach out to the party in charge of having it sent and talk things out. That party should be listed on the document / email somewhere - potentially as "noticing party" or "claimant" or "party sending this notice" or something similar. I hope you are able to work out the issue.
