We filed a Preliminary Notice on a Florida project in December 2020. We haven't been onsite since September 2022 but will be going back onsite to complete contracted work. Are we still able to file an intent to lien for money past due?
If the Notice was done properly and the work has not been completed on that same project/NOC, you may still be able to record a claim of lien within 90 days of the work being completed.
