hello, i am in louisiana and have multiple residential projects that are owner occupied. before work began i did not give notice of lien rights, does this make the job unprotected? i noticed for "owner occupied residential property" you must give this form before work starts, but for "residential property" this is not required. on these jobs already completed should i just choose them to be "residential property" and will i still be protected?
