No, Native American land will not be subject to mechanics liens. Lands owned by Native American tribes will generally be entitled to sovereign immunity - and as a result, staking a claim against their land via a state's mechanics lien laws won't be an option in most cases. But, because lien rights aren't available, it's pretty common for these projects to be bonded by the job's GC. So, when providing labor or materials as a subcontractor, requesting the job's bond info, if applicable, could help to see if payment security will be available there.
