I have a construction contract with GC but I haven't sent a preliminary notice to the property owner in 45 day. Any chance to get my money?

Yes and No. Your lien rights may have been lost for lack of a timely NTO, but your claims against GC remain viable. I would send a notice of non-payment to the owner of GC to get a reaction.
