Good morning. We are a GC firm based in Tennessee, with a multi-family development South Carolina. Due to the ongoing labor shortage, we need to bring some of our subcontractors in from other states. However, these subcontractors have not worked in SC before and are unlicensed in SC. Under SC licensing laws, may ancillary subcontractors work under our BD5 and WL5 licenses? Ancillary subcontractors being concrete, masonry, framing, drywall, roofing, etc. If so, is there a list of classifications that can lawfully work under the umbrella of our BD5 license? Thank you
