Last Material shipped to site = 10/6/21; Lien filed on 12/3/21 in Colorado. Lien includes (3) parties. Statutes of limitation has expired. It has been determined that (1) entity should be removed from the lien. Can we amend the lien to remove that entity and still leave the remaining (2)? or would we need to refile the lien? or would we even be unable to file a new lien because the statutes expired?
