Hello, I'm currently an employee for a Plumbing and HVAC company who was subcontracted on a job where Davis Bacon wages were brought up and I was thumbing through the spec book and then noticed that neither me nor my apprentice have been compensated for this or even if we are eligible as I have never heard of this before. I was wondering if you could shed some light on the topic before I potentially kick the hornets nest with my employer.
