I looked on the web and located an air conditioning condenser and placed in cart ... l was suppose to mail payment in prior to item being shipped out... l did receive n email stating the condenser would not ship out till payment was made...l never completed the sale ... 2 weeks later an air conditioning unit was delivered to my door... about a month later they called me for payment .. they were asking full payment ... $993 ... l was offering to pay them $500 ... so they said they would put a mechanic's lien on the property were it was installed ... not the property it was delivered...are they able to do this and can l contest it...thx you in advance
