We hold the prime contract with our GC. One of our subcontractor, subs filed a lien 3/16/23. Our GC then tendered the demand to us on 4/14/23. We have paid our sub and are still owed our retainage and outstanding change orders. The project is in UT, so as I understand it, we have 30 days from the 14th to respond. This is really not our issue but we must make I ours in order to get payments back on track. Any advise would be helpful.
