I rigged up a 100 yd. cable that was anchored into the concrete wall to run a trolly cam also known as a condor cam. My agreement was to receive a base salary plus 10% of new revenue growth. All three of the building's leadership and management team were on the call when that agreement was made. I took the job on speculation knowing that they hadn't had good marketing advise in the past and I was confident in my abilities to double traffic. Traffic improved 129% and now they don't want to pay me the 10%. Can I file a mechanics lean just for the tension cable or can I include the whole amount?
