On January 24, 2022, I received a fraud alert from alert@propertyfraudalert.com that a company filed a notice of commencement dated 1/14/2021, The contract was cancelled via Fedex delivery on January 16, 2021. The company accepted the cancelation. I contacted the company on January 24, 2022 as soon as I received the alert and they assured me that they are having their quality assurance department to close out the notice of commencement. Is there anything I need to do while waiting for the company to close this notice out?
