a judgment aginst us by a realitor ,can he put a mechanics lean on our property or dose the courts have to approve it.

is a court judgement the same as this mechanics lean a realtor has sued us and won a judgement , for breech of exclusive buyers contract ,we had not saved the critical texts and recorded conversations with this guy and could not prove our case to the judges satisfaction ,so She ruled in his favor . Several Attorneys told us not to appeal the case . I need to know if He can file a mechanics lean on the judgement or if he has to take back to court to do a lien on my property . and if the Minnesota courts are going to make me pay his attorney fees plus court costs?
