Had a written agreement with a hotel owner they agreed to pay a selected amount on a agreed date every week and they have missed that date on two consecutive weeks now they want to reduce the agreed payment to a lower amount weekly after violating a written contract then a verbal contract on two separate occasions. I don't mind doing the work but with the complications of payment I'm wondering do I file a lien to collect all funds and still complete the work or what should I do???
