About Victoria Terrell
Tori is passionate about cashflow, relationship building, executive leadership skills, and her own unique strengths, which she discovered via a deep dive into Gallup’s CliftonStrengths Assessment and the Enneagram. She is a construction and leadership focused accounting professional with high EQ skills and over 18 years of on-the-job training. In addition to her Board role as Treasurer, she also currently serves as Controller and a member of the Executive Team.
She is a current member of the American Subcontractors Association of the Shenandoah Valley, and Construction Financial Managers Association (CFMA). The education from CFMA has been so influential to her career that in 2019 she became a founding board member of her local chapter, The Blue Ridge Chapter of CFMA, and currently serves as Treasurer. Just two years after their formation, they received Chapter of the Year from their national organization. In 2021, she was honored to be selected as one of CFMA’s 1st Ever 40 Under 40 Construction Financial Management Leaders, an award that was a peer submission. She is so grateful to be part of an association that is giving back to the community through education, mentorship, and networking opportunities, all while having fun and fostering lifelong relationships!
