Tom Farrier maintains a business litigation practice. He has experience in a variety of commercial litigation and arbitration matters, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving banking and real estate, construction, contracts, insurance and excess insurance, oil and gas, premises liability, securities and shareholder disputes, and unfair competition.
