About Thomas Haskins
Thomas M. Haskins III, Esq., is a Director and Shareholder at S&D Law. Mr. Haskins is a graduate of Dickinson College (B.A. 1972, cum laude) and Dickinson School of Law (J.D. 1975). He is a transactional and litigation attorney with broad experience (more than $1,000,000,000) in complex business matters. He is routinely involved in real estate and lending transactions including bonds, syndications and private placements as well as corporate finance, debt restructuring, contract disputes and related litigation and arbitration. He has acted as lead litigation counsel in many complex commercial matters as wells as an arbitrator on the Commercial Panel to the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Haskins is a diplomat of both the National Institute of Trial Advocates and the American Arbitration Association. He is licensed to practice law before the United States Supreme court, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, United State District courts of Virginia and Colorado, United State Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Tenth Circuits, the United States Tax court and the state courts of Colorado and Virginia.
