About Skip Leake
Warren Thomas Leake, Jr., “Skip” founded his legal practice in 1986, eventually forming W T Skip Leake PC a few years later which is now The Leake Law Firm. As the firm’s founding member, Skip represents both domestic and international business clients and real estate clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and across Texas. Skip’s practice focuses on general corporate and real estate matters where he has personally documented, conducted, and supervised large value commercial transactions. Specifically, Skip represents clients in the structuring and formation of business entities, asset acquisitions and dispositions, and business and personal estate planning. Skip has documented and closed multi-national commodity transactions, documented and closed real property transactions, and represents clients in the development, disposition, and management of commercial real estate, including all related lending and secured financing matters. Additionally, Skip represents clients in commercial litigation matters, including bankruptcy, collections, contracts, construction matters, oil and gas, and real estate disputes as well as probate matters. For more than three decades, Skip has been dedicated to his clients and has personally served a diverse domestic and foreign clientele in business and personal matters that span a local, national, and international scope of business.
