About Richard Campbell, Jr.
Richard G. Campbell, Jr. grew up in Northern Nevada and has been practicing law since 1981. Over the course of his legal career he has handled a plethora of matters including numerous complex business litigation and appellate cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. His trial and arbitration experience in both Federal and State Courts, includes employment matters, real property disputes, breach of contract cases, construction litigation and water law disputes. He has also handles many contested hearings before state agencies, including the Public Utilities Commission, the Nevada State Engineer, The Private Investigators Licensing Board and The Nevada OSHA Board. Rick has represented a variety of clients for both litigation and general legal advice including individuals, small family owned companies, electric utilities, telephone companies, gaming companies, airlines, real estate developers, mining companies, counties, municipalities and the State of Nevada. His multi faceted experience over his 39 year career has given Rick a unique perspective and experience on how to advise clients and steer through the complexities of their various business enterprise. This expertise includes how to avoid litigation and if necessary how to navigate a litigation matter from initiation up through trial and appeal.
