About Phil Truax
I've been around construction my whole life. My dad was a construction engineer, I grew up playing on bulldozers. Then I worked as a laborer and foreman in
Cleveland for +5 years getting through college. Since law school, I've spent 15+ years representing contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, owners,
and developers - and I really enjoy it. I also work with other businesses and business owners to mine opportunities, manage risk, pursue & defend claims and
protect their livelihood. Outside the office, I love spending time with my wife and two kids, coaching youth sports and traveling.
