About Paul Maricle
Paul Maricle has advised small and medium-sized corporate clients throughout his career in many aspects of commercial, corporate and business law including transnational commercial transactions. He has extensive experience in areas including stock and asset purchase agreements, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, employment agreements, commercial arbitration and bankruptcy-related issues. Mr. Maricle represents a number of German and Austrian clients and is fluent in German.
Mr. Maricle is admitted to practice in both Colorado and Kansas. He is a member of both the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, served as Past-Chair of the International Law Forum Committee of the CBA, and is a Past-President of the German American Chamber of Commerce - Colorado Chapter.
