About Kim Sandher
Kim Sandher was born and raised in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. She is dedicated to getting the job done right for her clients. They rely on her ability to understand their business, her practical advice, and her ability to focus clearly on the core issues of importance to them.

After externing at the Seattle Mayor’s office, she volunteered at the office of the Home Foreclosure Legal Aid Project, in Seattle, fighting to help underprivileged families keep their homes. Kim has filed hundreds of bankruptcy cases and remains passionate about helping disadvantaged individuals and families through volunteering at local neighborhood legal clinics.

With a background in litigation, Kim possesses the tools necessary to provide thorough, reliable guidance to her clients. Her primary focus is corporate/commercial and transaction-oriented. Her clients include individuals, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and large established national entities.

Kim’s work involves drafting and negotiating complex business and real estate documents, structuring business transactions, corporate reorganizations of businesses, succession planning, purchase, sale, and financing of businesses and real estate, acquisition, leasing, financing and sale of commercial and residential real estate developments and properties, subdivisions, development of condominium projects, as well as advising with respect to ongoing business operations.

Kim is actively involved in both state and national bar associations. When she’s not helping clients or spending time with family, Kim is cooking, traveling, or enjoying the outdoors.
