Kevin Wang is a partner in the Municipal Law practice group of Best Best & Krieger LLP’s Sacramento office. Kevin’s practice concentrates on all aspects of public contracting with a focus on public works construction and infrastructure construction law.
Kevin has extensive experience in all aspects of public works construction, including construction contracting, construction claims resolution, state and federal prevailing wage law compliance and construction defect. Kevin routinely assists public agencies and private owners with the construction process, beginning with the preparation of construction contract documents, resolution of bid protests, subcontractor substitution, insurance and bond matters, contract administration, claim and dispute resolution, and project closeout.
