About Jimmy Castex
Jimmy is a graduate of Loyola University School of Law (J.D. 1996), and Nicholls State University (B.G.S. 1993). He is a proud veteran of the United States Army (1985-1989) and Army Reserve (1990-1993). He served his Country as a combat medical specialist and was assigned to the Third Armored Division, 3rd Battalion, 1/36 Infantry, 5/18th Infantry and then with the 4010th United States Army Field Hospital. His military experiences provided valuable lessons he utilizes in his practice today, including defining mission objective and planning.

In his more than twenty years as a litigator Jimmy has maintained a diverse practice, which includes Construction Litigation, Premises Liability Litigation, Redhibition, Products Liability, Unfair Trade Practices, Workers’ Compensation Litigation, Business Disputes, Commercial Litigation and General Civil Litigation. He is admitted in all Louisiana state and federal courts.

As a litigator, Jimmy is experienced in evaluating cases and formulating and implementing reasonable resolution strategies. Litigation can be complex, expensive and stressful, so Jimmy lends his knowledge to many insurance companies, corporations, individuals and self-insured companies.
