Jennifer A. Sutton is an associate in Margolis Edelstein’s Wilmington office. She has more than 16 years’ experience working in insurance defense law. She handles a wide range of civil cases including defense in personal injury liability matters, including automobile accidents and slip and falls, contract disputes, construction litigation, products liability, and toxic tort matters. Jennifer’s practice also includes advising and defending insurance companies in uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, first-party benefits claims, and coverage matters. Jennifer practices in all Delaware State Courts as well as in the United States District Court of Delaware.
