Jennifer has been in the glass industry for 22 years. In those 22 years, she have dealt with contract reviews for construction jobs, submittals, safety compliance, insurance, and closeouts for these jobs. The closeouts for our industry consist of warranties on the metal, windows, sealants, glass, as well as her company’s warranty. These are usually based around the substantial completion date and are due at the end of the job.
In addition to this she also is responsible for billings and collecting payments from our customers for these jobs. This entails calling customers, sending notices, and liens if necessary.
