About Jennifer Horn
Jennifer leads the Horn Williamson Construction Practice Group as well as the Real Estate and Title Practice Group. She is a Title Attorney and an approved agent for Penn Attorneys and Conestoga Title. Jennifer assists buyers and sellers before, during and after closing. Jennifer is a frequent lecturer within the real estate community regarding issues that affect the purchase and sale of real estate.
Jennifer regularly analyzes proposed construction contracts to evaluate a client’s exposure, maintain jurisdictional and labor law compliance, and ensure adequate insurance and dispute resolution provisions and procurement and escalation clauses.
She has extensive experience representing clients with delay claims and routinely works with expert witnesses to prosecute claims for delay, inefficiency, disruption, out-of-sequence work and construction means and methods. She has frequently been called upon to analyze situations as they are developing and assist clients with documenting delays, proposed change orders, default, termination, and other typical issues that may result in a claim.
