Jennifer brings nearly twenty years of mediation, arbitration, and litigation experience that informs her perspective as a neutral. As a mediator and arbitrator, she facilitates the resolution of a variety of disputes including banking, business/commercial, civil rights, construction, contracts, cybersecurity, employment, engineering and construction, environmental, estate/probate/trusts, government, insurance, personal injury/torts, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, real estate, and surety matters.

Jennifer is a former litigation partner and practice group leader at Miller & Martin. As a business litigator, Jennifer concentrated her practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, including business, contracts, engineering and construction, financial services, real estate, environmental, insurance, torts, premises liability, product liability, personal injury, professional liability, surety, and trust and estate litigation. She has both prosecuted and defended business litigation cases and has extensive experience resolving a broad spectrum of business disputes as lead counsel in numerous trials, appeals, arbitrations and mediations. Prior to joining Miller & Martin, Jennifer was a litigator with a mid-sized Atlanta firm where she practiced business/commercial litigation, employment, construction, shareholder and partnership disputes, divorce, wrongful death, medical and nursing home malpractice, and trust and estates. Jennifer is a Registered Neutral in the State of Georgia and is a LEED® Accredited Professional with a specialty in Building Design and Construction. She has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer Rising Star for 7 consecutive years. She has also been recognized in Atlanta magazine for being one of “The Top Women Attorneys in Georgia.” She was named in Georgia Trend’s “Legal Elite” for her expertise in Real Estate and Construction Law.
