Jeanine Clark focuses her practice in civil litigation defense and insurance litigation. Jeanine is experienced in handling a variety of matters ranging from construction defect to bodily injury. She has experience handling catastrophic injury matters including commercial auto and multi-party litigation. Jeanine has represented a number of residential home owners’ associations in a variety of matters. Representative matters include slip and fall, failure to maintain common elements, environmental actions, and other allegations of nonfeasance and malfeasance.

In addition to general liability matters, Jeanine is experienced in handling a variety of insurance coverage disputes including those involving claims of bad faith and fraud. She has extensive experience in products liability, environmental litigation and toxic tort matters. She handles asbestos litigation in both state and federal courts, benzine, lead, silica and pesticide exposure matters. Jeanine started with the firm in 2004 and became a partner in 2010. She practices both in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. Jeanine has lectured extensively on insurance related topics. She has also spoken at client and other presentations in the areas of construction litigation, asbestos, toxic torts and commercial auto litigation. Jeanine has presented on a variety of topics at conferences and via webinar. Her articles have also appeared in publications including recently, Litigating Your Civil Case with an Eye Toward Criminal Prosecution, which appeared in CLM Magazine.
