Jason has experience handling some of the largest and most complicated construction claims. He currently represents a public entity pursuing claims in excess of $300 million against the US for the defective design and construction of a new port facility. Jason also defended an EPC contractor in connection with more than $200 million in claims arising out of delays and damages caused during the startup and commissioning of a coal-fired Rankine cycle electrical generating facility. Regardless of the size of the claim, Jason uses his substantial trial and arbitration experience to craft a successful strategy for resolving the claim.

Before law school, Jason worked as an eDiscovery specialist for a large law firm. He uses that experience to assist his clients in creating innovative strategies to streamline the discovery process. Jason also regularly uses new technology to help reduce the burden and cost of electronic discovery for clients.

As co-chair of the Washington, DC, Litigation department, Jason is proud to work with the highly skilled litigators of Seyfarth. Working with nationally recognized construction attorneys gives Jason the opportunity to provide his clients with the best service and advice possible.
