About Jake Doleshal
Jake’s areas of practice include Construction Litigation, Lien and Bond Claims, as well as Personal Injury and Workers Compensation claims. He has tried over a dozen jury trials in state and federal court, and hundreds of bench trials.
Jake began his practice in Columbia, Missouri, in the year 2000, by representing injured workers and victims of medical malpractice. The following year, Jake returned to his home town of Kansas City and continued to represent injured workers, while also incorporating construction and real estate law into his practice.
