Ira Rachelson began his practice with a concentration in business litigation that was primarily related to construction litigation. He has extensive experience and represents parties needing advice or involved in disputes over construction projects. Ira handles every aspect of legal concern for parties contemplating or engaged in construction, including negotiating and drafting all of the various agreements that may be needed, filing the statutory notice of commencement, assisting in the perfection of lien rights, investigating potential and pending claims, negotiating to avoid escalation of disputes, mediating, arbitrating, or litigating matters in dispute, pursuing and collecting recovery, and generally advising parties about their rights and duties.

Ira has assisted numerous employers and employees regarding competition, solicitation of customers and employees as well as trade secret protection. As a result of his work in these areas over his career, he has successfully litigated numerous cases. The distinguishing characteristic of his practice is cost-effective service.
