Greg currently serves as Litigation Section Head and sits on the Firm’s Operations Committee. His legal practice concentrates in commercial litigation matters for the construction and real estate industry. Greg practices in a wide range of construction litigation areas including contract disputes, defective design, defective construction and land use matters. His real estate litigation experience includes boundary disputes, landlord/tenant litigation, evictions and title disputes. Aside from his litigation expertise, Greg advises multi-family property management companies on the wide variety of tenant issues that arise within these types of properties.
