Gregory A. Ramsey is a co-founder of Twomey & Ramsey, LLP. Attorney Ramsey concentrates his practice in construction law & litigation, commercial litigation and business law. He serves a varied client base within these industries of both large and small corporate entities, including but not limited to subcontractors, materials suppliers, manufacturers, general contractors, project owners, architects, owner representatives, legal professionals, and real estate developers. Attorney Ramsey’s practice also includes providing business advice to his construction commercial and industrial based clients ranging in areas from contract and tort law, liability and risk analysis and limitation, asset protection and recovery, application of the Uniform Commercial Code, corporate document-retention strategies, and complex public and private litigation and settlements. Attorney Ramsey has experience representing his clients through trial, as well as in mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute remedies. Attorney Ramsey's construction law & litigation practice includes drafting, negotiating and interpreting commercial and residential construction contracts for public and private construction projects, representing clients in prosecuting and defending bid protest before the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and in state court, consumer protection violations, home improvement contractor act violations, claims and defense, and assisting clients in applications and pre-qualification for state construction eligibility and compliance (DCAM). Attorney Ramsey has been published in the Manual of Credit and Consumer Laws, Construction Issue, Vol. III. since 2013 to the present regarding Public Surerty Bonds and Mechanics Lien practice within New Hampshire. Attorney Ramsey has also lectured on construction law issues, including Massachusetts and Connecticut mechanics lien statutes and enforcement of lien rights. During law school, Attorney Ramsey was a judicial intern before the Massachusetts Superior Court sitting in Worcester County Superior and Essex County Superior Courts and graduated from Cum Laude from Law School.
