About Gerard Cipriani
Gerard J. Cipriani is one of the founding partners of Cipriani & Werner and is the firm-wide Litigation practice group chair. He is the firm's senior trial attorney and concentrates his practice primarily with complex and catastrophic litigation matters representing the construction industry, the transportation industry and their insurers, as well as businesses.
Mr. Cipriani is also a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has been a material participant in real estate development projects ranging from single-family homes to big box retail centers. As such, he is experienced in all types of construction litigation matters from subsurface development issues to structural matters, whether litigated in the civil courts or arbitration settings.
He is also recognized as a Special Master in Allegheny County’s Expedited Resolution Program, a Federal Court Mediator and a Member of the American Arbitration Association.
