I am a strategic counselor and advisor to a diverse base of clients. I work with clients to complete projects and deals in a practical, but aggressive way to obtain results. In litigation, I have a reputation for aggressive advocacy, problem solving, and efficiency.
The key to my success is client responsiveness, my experiences (detailed below), and my ability to develop creative and practical solutions.
I represent businesses of all types in litigation and general consulting matters. My clients come from the construction, real estate, transportation and infrastructure, banking, finance, fraternal/education, pharmaceutical, and entertainment industries. I also represent both for-profit and not-for-profit businesses related to their corporate governance, operations, and day-to-day legal issues.
My unique perspective to practicing law derives from my civic participation, community involvement, and business experience. I am the chairman of a large social services not-for-profit based in Philadelphia. In this role, I manage a business with over 200 employees and almost $100 million in revenue.
I serve on the Philadelphia Tax Review Board - having been appointed by Mayor James Kenney.
From 2008-2013, I served as a member of the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission, the regulatory body responsible for the regulation, licensure, and discipline of 50,000 real estate professionals in Pennsylvania. In 2013, I was elected Chairman of the Commission and devoted substantial attention to decreasing the docket and expediting cases before the Commission.
As published by The Legal Intelligencer, I was selected as a 2016" Lawyer on the Fast Track," and in 2018 was named the “Unsung Hero” of Philadelphia’s legal community for work on important matters.
In 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 , 2017 and 2018, Mr. Piccirilli was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Star by a vote of his peers. More...
