About Eric Hilton
H. Eric Hilton is a Partner in our Atlanta office focusing on aging services, employment and labor, general and professional liability and construction matters.

Eric represents a variety of businesses types including elder care facilities, property owners and managers, apartments, hotels and restaurants, real estate developers, airport concessionaires and construction contractors.

Over the course of his career, Eric has handled a wide range of litigation matters ranging from employment discrimination, elder care and negligent security to matters involving professional negligence, breach of contract and construction defect. He has successfully tried cases to verdict in both state and federal court, and has appeared in numerous multi-party arbitrations, administrative hearings and mediations. In a notable toxic tort exposure case, Eric successfully argued before the Georgia Court of Appeals for extending the stringent asbestos causation framework to mold injury cases in Georgia.
