I have been in the collection/credit arena my entire adult life. I worked in every position with CST WORLDWIDE from mail clerk in my teens to docketing, bookkeeping and collector inside. I became a sales person and manged three offices for the company. I also served as a credit manager for G E Supply and learned a great deal from my mentor about credit and the manner in which a large company operates from point of sale to collection.
I have a minor in accounting and went through the Business Management Degree program at the University of Houston. I was impressed with the curriculum designed for the day to day processes of business.
