F. Douglas Lowrey has been engaged in the practice of law since 1998, specializing in construction and hospitality law matters.
He began his career with Jarrard & Richard in September 1998 where he specialized in the representation of hotel owners with regard to all aspects of construction law. Mr. Lowrey remained with The Jarrard Law Group, LLC, the successor firm to Jarrard & Richard, until 2002 when he left to join Tobin, O'Connor & Ewing. At Tobin, O'Connor & Ewing and its successor firm, Tobin, O'Connor, Ewing & Richard, Mr. Lowrey represented construction management firms and health care companies with regard to contract, labor and employment and business immigration issues. In January 2005, Mr. Lowrey rejoined The Jarrard Law Group, LLC where he specializes in construction and hospitality law matters.
