Ms. Cupit, I am assuming that there is a written contract that Innovative Hardwood has with Vedere Construction. I would begin by looking at the terms of the contract with respect to payment for services rendered. I also assume that Vedere was the general contractor and subcontracted with Innovative Hardwood for services.
