About Craig Fleischmann
Attorney Craig FleischmannCraig is a graduate of Penn State University Dickinson School of Law (J.D. 1989), Drexel University (B.S. 1987) and Wissahickon High School (1982). His practice concentrates in commercial litigation (business disputes), corporate formations and limited liability companies (LLCs), construction law, real estate disputes and title insurance claims, business-to-business debt collections, wills and estates, and selective criminal and juvenile matters. Craig is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania courts, the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. On various occasions, Craig has lectured on construction law issues (such as the Pennsylvania Contractor and Subcontractor Payment Act (CASPA), the Prompt Pay Act under the Commonwealth Procurement Code, the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (HICPA), and mechanics’ liens), handling title insurance claims, juvenile law matters, employment law, the unauthorized practice of law, and preparation to be a witness.
