Chuck Long is a Project Manager in The Rhodes Group’s Houston, TX office. Chuck has extensive industry experience, including 12 years working at one of the largest global EPC contractors.
Chuck assists in the identification and management of schedule and cost risk and is skilled in change management. He has worked on all phases of construction projects, from contract negotiation and administration through project close out and the resolution of claims. He has experience analyzing labor productivity and preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims. Chuck’s project portfolio includes several major capital EPC projects in the oil and gas sector.
Prior to joining The Rhodes Group, Chuck was a Commercial Manager for KBR where he was responsible for prime contract and subcontract management, change management, and project risk management. His tenure with KBR includes more than seven years, located at project sites in the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and the U.S. Gulf Coast. Chuck also served in business development roles at KBR, developing commercial strategies, preparing proposals and negotiating contracts for engineering and construction projects.
A Texas native, Chuck graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.
