Carys Arvidson practices in the area of civil litigation. Although Carys has a varied litigation practice, her primary focus is construction law.

In her construction practice, Carys has experience representing owners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and sureties in all aspects from the inception through trial and appeal. Carys has experience working with federal courts, state courts, mediations, and arbitrations. She represents construction clients in public and private projects involving delay claims, construction and design defects, lien claims, and claims involving performance and payment bonds. Beyond the courtroom, Carys has assisted her clients with contract drafting, and negotiation, claim drafting, and claims resolution.

Outside the construction realm, Carys has experience with cases involving many different legal issues, including commercial disputes, land use (including zoning and planning), wireless telecommunications infrastructure sitting, and real estate, including complex lease negotiations, premises liability, and personal injury.
