Brian Cano, Managing Partner for the FSSV Houston Office, has more than a decade of litigation experience defending and prosecuting complex legal, factual and damage issues in multiple jurisdictions throughout Texas. Mr. Cano’s accomplishments include multiple defense verdicts, summary judgments and settlements in favor of his clients. He has litigated cases involving oil rig accidents, trucking accidents, premise liability, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, professional negligence claims, construction defects, breach of contract, fraud and wrongful foreclosure.
