About Bill Watkins
Bill was born in Memphis, Tennessee and always had an interest in the law growing up. He received his undergraduate degree from McNeese State University and went on to receive his J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas. He was admitted to the bar in 1984 in the U.S. District Court (Eastern & Western Districts of Arkansas) and U.S. Court of Appeals (8th Circuit). Over the years, Bill has developed a wealth of experience in real estate law, land use and planning, corporate law, probate law, estate planning law, and related litigation. His professional affiliations include the Benton County Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, and American Inns of Court.
