Rules and regulations for sending a Washington Mechanics Lien
In Washington, Claims of Lien (otherwise known as mechanics liens) must be filed within 90 days from when you last furnished materials or labor.
After completing the Washington Mechanics Lien Form, you must deliver it to the appropriate parties required by statute. Notices are typically served on the property owner and, for sub-tier parties, the general contractor. However, depending on the type of notice, it can be helpful to send notices to anyone else who is in charge of your payment, like a lender or surety company on the project.

If you are not getting paid, let a certified commercial collection agency licensed and bonded to collect in WA attempt to collect the debt on a contingency bases so you are not throwing any good money after a bad debt.
